ReloMaps in ChatGPT

Research U.S. places, compare them and get property reports from a ChatGPT chat, with ReloMaps grades and data and a link to the full report every time.

What you need

A ChatGPT account. A ReloMaps account is free and needed to sign in; property reports use ReloMaps credits. U.S. places and addresses only.

Create a ReloMaps account

Add it

For now, ReloMaps is added with ChatGPT's Developer mode, on ChatGPT's website. It needs a ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu plan.

  1. In ChatGPT, turn on Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode.
  2. Choose Create app. Name it ReloMaps and paste this link: https://mcp.relomaps.com/mcp
  3. Choose OAuth, confirm, and create it.
  4. A ReloMaps window opens: continue with Google or your email (type the 6-digit code we send), then choose Allow.

The sign-in screen asks for one permission: to use your ReloMaps account to see your credits and monthly new-place lookups, and to view and order property reports.

What ChatGPT can look up

  • letter grades, ratings and data for U.S. states, counties and cities
  • side-by-side comparisons of 2 to 4 places
  • cities that match what you ask for, such as state, size, grades, home values or distance to a major airport
  • a sample property report, and any public property report
  • your property reports, your credits and this month's new-place lookups

Property reports in ChatGPT include ReloMaps grades and area data. Listing details, photos and school-by-school data stay on the full report at relomaps.com.

What it can do with your account

  • research a place ReloMaps hasn't covered yet (counts toward your monthly new-place lookups)
  • order a property report for an address or a Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com link

ChatGPT asks before it uses a credit. If you already own the report, or it's public, no credit is used. It can't buy credits or change your plan.

What ChatGPT sees

Only what it looks up for you. It never sees your payment details, and ReloMaps never sees your ChatGPT conversation. How we handle your data

Disconnect

In ReloMaps: Account → Connected apps → Disconnect.

In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → ReloMaps, then remove it. To end access right away, also disconnect it in ReloMaps.

Limits

  • Places already on ReloMaps: free and unlimited.
  • New places: 10 a month without signing in, 25 with a free account, more on paid plans (see pricing). Resets on the 1st of each month.
  • Up to 10 results per request.
  • Property reports: one credit each. Public reports and reports you own are free.

Questions

It says to connect ReloMaps again.

The connection ended or was disconnected. In ChatGPT, connect ReloMaps and sign in again.

It says I have no credits.

Property reports use ReloMaps credits. Sign in at relomaps.com to see your account and credit options, then ask again.

It says a place is still being researched.

New places take a minute or two to build. Ask ChatGPT to check again shortly.

It says it can't find the address.

Check the address on Google Maps, then try again with the full street address, city and state, or paste a Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com link.

It says the place isn't supported.

ReloMaps covers U.S. places and addresses only.

It says I've used this month's new-place lookups.

Your limit resets on the 1st. Places already on ReloMaps stay free and unlimited in the meantime.
